Recovery Officer

Job Purpose

The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing and monitoring overdue payments from clients, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding dues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role plays a key part in safeguarding the company’s cash flow, reducing financial risks, and supporting overall business sustainability in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on overdue installments, rents, and outstanding balances from clients.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to remind them of pending payments.
• Negotiate and develop repayment plans in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, payment arrangements, and client communications.
• Prepare periodic reports on recovery performance, delinquent accounts, and collection status.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients while upholding the company’s reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in debt collection, credit control, or recovery—preferably in real estate, banking, or financial services.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
