Recovery Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a fresh & 1 years experience motivated and enthusiastic Recovery Officer to join our Recovery Department. Recovery Officer will support in following up with clients on outstanding payments, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and maintaining good relationships with customers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in finance, banking, or customer relations..

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients for pending payments via calls, emails, and visits.
• Maintain and update records of recoveries and customer commitments.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly recovery performance reports.
• Coordinate with finance and sales teams for account reconciliation.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Support management in achieving monthly recovery targets

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
