Job Overview:

Leaders 92 Marketing & Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a responsible and well-communicating Customer Recovery Officer to manage client installment follow-ups for multiple real estate projects based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up with clients regarding monthly installment payments
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure timely payments
• Handle client queries related to payment plans and project details
• Maintain proper records of follow-ups and payment status
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for updates
• Ensure strong client relationship management and retention

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate or customer follow-up role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be fluent in Pashto (preferred) and Urdu & English
• Basic understanding of real estate installment plans and client handling
• Previous experience in CRM or sales follow-up will be preferred
• Ability to handle pressure and meet follow-up targets

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
