Recovery Officer (Female)

Family Builders & Developers is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Recovery Officer (Female) to support our real estate operations. This position involves managing overdue client accounts, coordinating repayment arrangements, and ensuring that all recovery efforts align with company procedures and industry regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and track outstanding client dues, maintaining updated and accurate account records.
• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and scheduled visits to initiate follow ups and discuss pending payments.
• Address customer concerns regarding agreements, payment terms, and unit/property documentation professionally.
• Perform skip tracing to reconnect with clients who are unreachable or have changed contact details.
• Carry out routine follow ups and align visits to encourage timely settlements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all recovery activities, including filing, correspondence, and client interaction logs.
• Prepare and submit weekly or monthly recovery summaries, performance updates, and account status reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in collections, recovery, or client account management preferably within the real estate or builders’ sector.
• Strong negotiation abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills for handling sensitive financial discussions.
• Understanding of basic legal frameworks and procedures related to payment recovery and property transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Well organized, detail focused, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Location: The Seven Towers, FB Area, Karachi.
(Preference will be given to candidates residing in nearby areas or those who can conveniently commute).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
