Recruitement Officer

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, from sourcing and assessing job applicants to supporting the interview process and onboarding new employees. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically about recruitment and hiring processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Manage job posting on various platform and maintain a candidate data base
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to identify qualified candidates
  • Source, screen and evaluate candidate applications
  • Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
  • Participating in hiring decisions with HR manager and supervisors
  • Develop and maintain an effective network of contacts to source potential candidates
  • Organize and conduct recruitment interviews and assessment processes
  • Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings at once.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Organized and self- directed
