We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring talented real estate agents who can drive the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate recruitment, strong networking skills, and the ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire qualified real estate agents
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure experience and cultural fit
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in the real estate industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing agents
