Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter (preferably Saudi or GCC National) with proven experience in high-volume recruitment within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be fully familiar with end-to-end recruitment practices and well-versed in all relevant KSA government portals and regulations. Hospitality industry recruitment experience will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection through to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates using diverse channels (online job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting).
  • Utilize and manage KSA government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, HRDF, and Taqat to ensure compliance and alignment with Saudization requirements.
  • Prepare and process recruitment-related documentation and approvals through government platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates’ technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and regular reporting for management.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth transition of new hires.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand in the local market to attract top talent.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong exposure to high-volume hiring.
  • Bilingual – Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge and practical use of Saudi government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, HRDF, Taqat, etc.).
  • Preferably Saudi or GCC National.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies at once.
  • Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills

  • Hospitality industry recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Strong networking and headhunting abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
