Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or BA (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 6 month or above proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
