Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or BA (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 6 month or above proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
