About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in recruitment will be an added advantage
• Freshers with a passion for HR and recruitment are also encouraged to apply
