Job Description – Recruiter (Bike Riders Hiring)

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to handle the end-to-end hiring of bike riders for our delivery services company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified bike riders through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage documentation, background verification, and employment contracts
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and deployment of selected riders
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring status reports
• Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (preferably in delivery/logistics sector)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with labor laws, visa, and rider documentation processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 1,000 fixed monthly salary
• AED 200 commission per successfully hired rider
• Attractive incentives based on performance
