Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and finalizing offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and UAE labor law.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in UAE (preferably in construction/engineering sector).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
