We’re hiring a Sales Recruiter in Lahore to help us find, attract, and hire top-tier outbound sales talent. You’ll play a key role in identifying strong candidates who can thrive in a U.S. outbound sales environment and grow with our company.
What You’ll Do

Own candidate sourcing for our SDR team in Pakistan - especially reps with experience selling to U.S.-based customers

Work closely with hiring managers to understand target profiles, align on expectations, and continuously calibrate based on performance

Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamable to proactively build talent pipelines

Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling to keep the process smooth and fast-moving

Help build and refine scalable recruiting processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on hiring outbound sales talent

Proven ability to source candidates who have sold into U.S. markets

Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamable, and others

Experience using ATS tools like Lever is a plus

Clear communicator, process-driven, and highly organized
