• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Coordination with Head HR for operations.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for hiring.
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring team.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience (finance sector preferred).
• Strong communication and sourcing skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple roles.
