Job Title: IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 – 2 Years

Location: Anywhere in South India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, and result-driven IT & Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across various domains. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates within given timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

• Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing

strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and

references.

• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Work closely with internal teams to meet hiring goals.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
