Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal database
  • Screen candidates and assess relevant skills for insurance/broking roles
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Handle bulk hiring for sales, telecalling, field executives, insurance advisors, claim executives, TPA roles, and back-office staff
  • Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports
  • Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiation, and onboarding
  • Support HR activities like documentation and joining formalities

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of insurance processes (sales, claims, policy issuance, TPA, broking) – preferred
  • Experience in bulk hiring / field sales hiring is an added advantage
  • Ability to work under timelines
  • Basic MS Excel & HR tools

Qualification

  • Any Degree
  • 6 month –3 years of experience
  • Intern Experience also eligible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
