Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Understand client manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media, references, and internal database.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with clients and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Negotiate salary and confirm joining details.

2. Client Coordination

  • Work closely with client HR teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Share shortlisted profiles and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with recruitment delivery.

3. Candidate Management

  • Maintain a strong candidate database for various roles.
  • Follow up with candidates from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports (sourcing, interviews, closures).
  • Update internal ATS / Excel sheets with candidate and hiring status.
  • Ensure proper documentation for selected candidates.

5. Hiring for Multiple Sectors

  • Manage bulk/volume hiring for staffing roles.
  • Support recruitment for blue-collar, grey-collar, and entry-level positions depending on client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
