Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to meet organizational staffing requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and share interview evaluation reports and hiring recommendations
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and ATS records
- Conduct reference checks and assist in offer management
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
- Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with hiring timelines
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with HR policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is must
- 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with job portals and social recruiting platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ATS systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
