Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and bars.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Ensure quick turnaround hiring for operational roles (ODC, service staff, kitchen, bar, front office, management).
• Verify candidate documents, references, and background details.
• Maintain manpower planning, vacancy reports, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for seasonal and urgent requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
• Support HR team with employee records, attendance follow-ups, and basic HR coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
