Job Description- Recruiter

- Post job advertisements on platforms such as Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.

- Call candidates daily and schedule interviews as per requirements.

- Understand job descriptions thoroughly and explain roles clearly to candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate records in the database.

- Handle both bulk hiring and lateral hiring.

Required Candidate Profile

- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.

- Graduates in relevant fields or MBA/BMS (HR) freshers may also apply.

- Target-oriented, disciplined, and result-driven individual.

- Good computer skills with knowledge of the internet and AI tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
