Job Description –

We need urgent vacancy in Kandivali (West) Location.

Designation – HR Recruiter

Company Name – Tristar Management Services. Pvt. Ltd.

Salary – 15k to 20k or Negotiable

Qualification – Graduate (Females required)

Experience – 6 months to 2 years (Non-IT with Pan India handling recruitment)

Office Time -9:30am to 6:30pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm (1st.& 3rd.Saturday will be half day -9:30am to 4:30pm or 10:00am to 5:00pm / 2nd. & 4th.Saturday will be off)

Job Requirements -

· Handling End to End Recruitment. (100% Non-IT)

· Working closely with some clients to discuss positions, candidates follow up.

· Analysing the Job Description.

· Sourcing CVs from job portal such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Reference.

· Mass Mailing & Job posting for a particular Job on different job portals.

· Screening the candidates Resumes and analysis according to the client requirements. Initial phone screening of candidates to judge Communications and Background

· Sharing CVs to the line managers.

· Scheduling Interviews (Telephonic, Skype & Video Conferencing, Face to Face), getting interviews conducted, Sharing feedback with candidates

· Follow up with the candidate and department for scheduling interview of the shortlisted CVs.

· Discuss offer with the candidates.

· Salary Negotiations

· Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates, ensuring the maximum of them are placed successfully with the respective Organization

· Maintaining and Updating database of Potential, Prospective and Rejected candidates

· Constantly be in touch with the candidate till he joins.

· Preparing Reports on Excel.
