Recruiter

Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is growing and looking for a motivated Recruiter to help attract top talent across our dealerships and affiliated businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in talent acquisition and human resources.

As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers across multiple departments to identify hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and support the hiring process from application to onboarding.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach

Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews to evaluate fit and qualifications

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including Indeed and other recruiting tools

Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system

Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting campaigns

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend recruiting strategies

Support onboarding and new hire processes as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple open positions at once

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field

Previous recruiting, HR, sales, or internship experience is a plus
