We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring we attract and secure high-quality talent across the organisation.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions and advertisements across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms.
  • Source candidates through direct outreach, recruitment platforms, and professional networks.

Candidate Management

  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all applicants.

Recruitment Administration

  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Prepare offer documentation and support contract preparation in collaboration with HR.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline.
