About the Role As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across a variety of roles and industries. Working as part of a supportive recruitment team, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target?driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases. • Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess suitability and fit. • Prepare and post job adverts across relevant platforms. • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates. • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Support reference checks, documentation, and onboarding processes. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet shared targets and deadlines. • Provide market insights and contribute to team strategy discussions. • Represent the company professionally at events, job fairs, and networking opportunities when required.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a customer?facing role is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients. • Excellent organisational and time?management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS platforms is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work well under pressure. • Positive, proactive, and target?driven mindset. • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
