Your Mission


As our Recruiter , you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate, operations, and manufacturing roles, and fully own the College Recruiting process. From leading intake conversations with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, you will operate as a strategic talent partner, not a resume reviewer. You’ll build proactive pipelines, leverage Workday ATS with precision, manage job portals strategically, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Wisenbaker’s commitment to professionalism and respect.



What you’ll be responsible for

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding
  • College Recruiting process
  • Internship Process and structure
  • Lead strategic intake meetings to define success profiles, priorities, and timelines
  • Manage multiple open requisitions while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience using proactive headhunting strategies rather than relying on inbound applicants
  • Lead and participate in colleague recruiting initiatives, activating employee referral programs and educating teams on how to identify and attract strong talent
  • Represent the company at career fairs, trade school visits, workforce development partnerships, and community hiring events
  • Plan and execute hiring events (onsite and offsite), including candidate flow management, manager coordination, and same-day offer strategy
  • Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry associations, and direct outreach
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews focused on competencies, performance history, and cultural alignment
  • Present calibrated, high-quality shortlists to hiring leaders with market insights and candidate assessments
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive positioning


What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
  • College Recruiting Experience
  • Demonstrated full-cycle Recruiting ownership
  • Experience recruiting hourly, skilled trade, or manufacturing roles
  • Experience managing job boards and sponsored campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong closing ability and follow-through


Bonus :

Experience in high-volume or competitive labor markets
