What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter at UltraPetita Group, you will:

• Source, attract, and hire top talent across multiple industries.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Develop recruitment strategies to enhance employer branding.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or HR coordinator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations in Oman.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
