Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate visa and employment documentation where applicable.
Employee Relations
Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
Performance Management
Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role within the UAE.
Previous experience working in a recruitment consultancy, manpower agency, immigration consultancy, or staffing company is highly preferred.
Experience handling high-volume recruitment and international hiring is an advantage.
Skills
Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience in candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and recruitment databases.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
