HR Recruiter

• Handle the complete recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employee onboarding and coordinate with HR for necessary joining procedures.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Should be Arabic Speaker, preferably female

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
