
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, company website)
- Source candidates through databases, networking, job fairs, and professional platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on hiring trends, labor laws, and best recruitment practices
Required Qualifications
- Experience Human Resources, Business Administration
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and selection methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Available in Ras al khaimah
- Can join immediately
