we are a leading construction & project management firm based in Pune, specializing in large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 3–4 years of proven experience in construction sector hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction roles, ability to handle end-to-end recruitment, and experience hiring technical and field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for construction roles (site engineers, project managers, civil engineers, supervisors, planners, QA/QC, safety officers).
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage selection processes.
• Coordinate with project heads and HR for requirements.
• Maintain recruitment database & reports.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for construction, engineering, or allied technical functions.
• Strong understanding of construction job roles and project staffing needs.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in hiring for contract/field roles.
• Experience partnering with large construction firms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
