Position Title:
Recruiter cum Operations Coordinator
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in site coordination, workforce deployment, or operations management, preferably in a staffing or contracting environment.
Work Experience in the GCC based organization or served the clients in the GCC is an added advantage
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Mobilization Briefing & Deployment Preparation
- Conduct detailed pre-deployment briefings covering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), required tools, job descriptions, attendance protocols, and document verification.
- Ensure 100% compliance by verifying that all workers arrive on deployment day with the mandated PPE, tools, gate passes, and required documentation.
- Clearly communicate new project requirements to ensure workers are well-informed and prepared.
2. Deployment Coordination
- Work closely with site in-charges and workers to ensure a seamless deployment and efficient handover of responsibilities.
- Oversee pre-employment formalities such as trade tests, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) inductions, and medical screenings to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Provide attendance reports and feedback to the operations team for tracking and continuous updates.
3. Attendance & Invoice Management
- Collect and verify timesheets and attendance records for deployed workers monthly to support accurate client invoicing.
4. Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
- Address and resolve worker grievances related to attendance discrepancies, site conditions, amenities, and management concerns.
- Manage client concerns regarding worker productivity, legal compliance, PPE standards, and tool provisions.
- Act as a liaison between workers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and issue resolution.
5. Project Monitoring & Risk Mitigation
- Gather and report project progress updates to the operations team, highlighting client credibility, payment concerns, and legal issues.
- Collaborate with management to develop risk mitigation strategies to address identified concerns within projects.
6. Sales & Business Development Support
- Identify and communicate upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing projects to the sales and operations teams.
7. Emergency & Crisis Management
- Provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies or urgent site-related incidents.
8. Gate Pass & Documentation Coordination
- Oversee application, renewal, and processing of gate passes in coordination with the operations team to ensure compliance.
- Assist in collecting necessary documentation from workers and vendors for smooth on-site operations.
9. Amenities Oversight & Worker Welfare
- Ensure workers have access to essential site amenities, including rest areas, washrooms, drinking water, dining facilities, safety and security provisions, transportation, and first aid services.
10. Financial Support & Invoice Follow-Up
- Work with finance and operations teams to facilitate invoice submission and follow up on outstanding payments.
11. Candidate Sourcing & Workforce Management
- Assist in sourcing candidates from the market or vendors to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Support the operations team in gate pass renewals and workforce documentation management.
12. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, documenting key events, progress updates, and challenges faced on-site.

Working Conditions
· Site-based role requiring extensive coordination between multiple stakeholders.
· May require extended hours or on-call availability based on operational needs.
· Exposure to various worksite environments, including outdoor conditions and high-mobility tasks.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
