Designation: Field Recruiter

Location: Mandir Hasaud, Raipur

Salary: ₹15000- ₹20000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Field Recruiter to source, recruit, and manage labour requirements for our plant. The candidate must be a local resident with good networking skills in nearby villages to arrange manpower as per plant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit nearby villages and source labour for the plant.
• Maintain a steady supply of skilled and unskilled labour as per operational needs.
• Handle labour-related documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Coordinate with HR and plant management for workforce planning.
• Maintain records of recruited labour and their work status.
• Assist in onboarding and briefing labourers about job roles and regulations.
• Address labour concerns and coordinate resolutions with HR.

Requirements:

• Local resident with strong connections in nearby villages.
• Experience in labour recruitment or similar field preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within rural areas.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and documentation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
