The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Be accountable for timely, end-to-end recruiting delivery against goals.
  
• Manage effective relationships with Google clients (hiring managers/business leaders) and applicants with delivery and experience based orientation.
• Manage strong partnerships with partner teams (e.g., computer engineering, technical education, scheduling).
• Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
• Advocate for the applicants and create an excellent experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
