Recruiter HR - Female Required

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (Female) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling end-to-end hiring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports
• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
• Manage walk-ins and job drives as required

Requirements:

• Only female candidates should apply
• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience (freshers can apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and team spirit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
