Role Overview

At Moldech, we are expanding our teams to target global markets, and we need a sharp, energetic Recruiter Intern to help us find top talent. Based out of our DHA Phase 4 office, this 6-month internship is designed to give you complete, hands-on exposure to modern talent acquisition.

You will work closely with our management to source, screen, and coordinate hiring for various fast-paced roles (including our digital marketing and night-shift operations). Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: Hunt for top-tier candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards to fill our active pipelines.
• Resume Screening: Initial filtering of incoming applications against specific criteria (e.g., assessing language fluency for night-shift roles).
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and align phone, video, and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Act as the face of Moldech for applicants, reaching out to them via phone/email and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Database Management: Keep candidate records and hiring trackers organized so the team always knows where a candidate stands.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Fresh graduates or final-semester students are preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be confident and professional when speaking with candidates.
• Tech Comfort: Good grasp of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain absolute confidentiality.
• Availability: Ready to commit to a full-time, on-site 6-month internship at our DHA Phase 4 office.
