Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Draft and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
• Support campus recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist the HR team with onboarding activities and other recruitment related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
