As a Recruiter (Contract), you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across Hoag and its Affiliates, while representing our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
In this dynamic, fast‑paced role, you will:

Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process, ensuring a high‑quality experience for candidates and hiring managers from initial contact through onboarding.

Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, understanding their needs and partnering closely to fill roles efficiently and strategically.

Source, attract, and engage high‑caliber talent, including passive candidates in hard‑to-fill disciplines.

Strengthen Hoag’s presence in the marketplace by promoting our brand across professional networks, community groups, and relevant industry channels.

Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure rapid response and minimal time-to-fill when openings arise.

Collaborate with HR partners to support talent programs, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Hoag’s culture of quality, performance, and empowerment.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience and knowledge

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Knowledge of federal, state laws and regulations as they relate to recruitment laws including ADA requirements, in order to ensure compliance

Minimum of three (3) years human resources experience, preferably in an acute hospital environment
-
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in an acute hospital environment
Certifications Preferred
PHR certification
