Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will develop a strong understanding of the business segments they support and build solid ties to internal and external experts to become a trusted, strategic advisor to the team. In concert with leadership teams, will devise recruiting roadmaps and strategies to present client's story to potential candidates, using an inclusion-focused lens. The Talent Acquisition Consultant leverages market intelligence and the relationships, both internally as well as externally, to create a pipeline of exceptional talent.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, collaborative business and peer relationships; leverage those relationships to drive results

Develop strong candidate profiles by clarifying the required job skills and competencies of top performers

Source and attract top talent for each position, effectively assessing a candidate's fit to the company, team, and position

Present strengths and weaknesses of leading candidates, and overcome objections in the hiring process.

Challenge the status quo, continuously seeking opportunities to improve while embracing change

Develop collaborative relationships with your peers, leveraged their expertise, and share your best practices

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience of 6 years in full-cycle recruiting in place of a degree
Preferred Qualifications:

Understand federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment

Possess a demonstrated expertise in MS Office, Internet Tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) to research, network, and implement inclusion-based recruiting strategy development.
