Recruiter Specialist

We are hiring “Recruiter / Talent Partner” We are a creative (DAP) and tech (Buzz) agency. Our problem is not talent scarcity. It is hiring without draining leadership time.

We are not looking for someone who copies JDs and forwards “safe” profiles. We want someone who understands roles deeply, hunts proactively, and sends only context-aware, aligned candidates. So this is not an HR manager role and more of a talent hunter wizard role.

What you will do:1- Own the talent hunt (not just cv screening)- Deeply understand each role before sourcing including creative, Webflow, 3D, SEO, strategy, and ops- each is different- Proactively headhunt instead of waiting for applicants- Share shortlists with reasoning, not just resumesYour value: Line managers should trust your shortlists without redoing the work themselves.

2- Judge skill, not just experience- Evaluate portfolios, case studies, and real work- Assess quality of thinking, problem solving, taste, execution, and depth- Filter out good-on-paper, bad-in-practice candidates- You can clearly explain why someone is strong, not just where they worked.- Culture, vibe, and personality fit- Assess communication style, ownership, attitude, and work ethic- Spot red flags early such as ego, frequent job switches, passiveness, lack of curiosity, or poor collaboration- Ensure alignment with a fast-paced, high-standards, accountable agencyThis means: You can explain why someone is strong, not just years of experience.

3- Build a continuous talent pipeline- Use creative sourcing beyond job posts including LinkedIn content, niche communities, and universities- Build relationships before roles are urgent- Maintain warm pipelines for recurring roles- Own onboarding and offboarding-Create a smooth onboarding experience- Run clean and respectful offboarding with feedback, handovers, and documentation- Talent experience matters, even when people leave.

  • Comfort pushing back when a hire is not right
