Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Panipat, Haryana

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (preferably in a consulting/recruitment firm)

Gender Preference: Female

Joining: Immediate

Salary Package: ₹1.0 LPA – ₹1.8 LPA (based on experience and skill set)

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement effective hiring strategies

● Actively search, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and internal databases

● Conduct candidate calling and telephonic interviews

● Understand job requirements and coordinate with clients accordingly

● Lead and guide a small team of recruiters when needed

● Maintain organized candidate records and daily recruitment reports

● Handle onboarding procedures and ensure proper documentation

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred)

● Minimum 1 year of experience in a consulting or recruitment firm

● Proficient in sourcing, screening, and calling candidates

● Confident in team handling and recruitment coordination

● Strong communication and organizational skills

● Ability to work independently and meet targets
