Recruiter/Hiring Manager

Blueprint Skilled Services is currently hiring an entry level position as a Recruiter.

We are a Commercial Construction temporary staffing company with job sites in Denver Metro/Northern Colorado areas. We focus on a variety of projects including Office Buildings, Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Multi-Family buildings and many others.

Recruiter Role: Staffing Manager is key to our operation and is integral to supporting our clients and in hiring Skilled Tradespeople including Electricians, Carpenters, Helpers & Laborers. The focus of this role is to identify, source, and qualify candidates for work on Commercial Construction sites. We offer a fast-paced environment with the opportunity for both personal and professional growth. We are a locally owned company based in Lakewood and Northern Colorado.

Our Staffing Managers work with construction personnel, developing long-term relationships and matching their skills with client needs.

• Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 6:30AM-3:30PM
