What’s the role?
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in Talent Attraction. Showcase your skills and experience by working alongside and supporting our robust Talent Attraction team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling high volume, complex interviews, managing various recruiting logistics, and ensuring compliance with data tracking. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews (virtual and on-site).
Manage recruiting logistics, including travel, expenses, offer letters, and background checks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
Update candidate records and job postings; post roles on relevant job boards.
Track and analyze recruiting data to reduce scheduling issues and improve processes.
Partner with recruiters on sourcing candidates for key roles and other recruiting projects.
Coordinate and support in-house and virtual recruiting events.
Collaborate with external agencies on contract hiring processes.
Assist with other recruiting activities and continuous process improvements as needed.
Do you qualify?
2-4 years’ experience in Talent Attraction/Recruiting support required.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or related field required.
Proven experience managing complex interview scheduling and recruiting coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for heavy calendaring.
Hands on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent requests while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Consistent accuracy and completeness in data entry, documentation, and candidate/meeting records.
Nice to Haves:
The annual pay range for this position is $47,000– $58,000
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is also eligible for a performance bonus or sales commissions. ZEISS also offers robust benefits, including medical plans, retirement savings plan and paid time off.
