About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator Intern to join Keeta’s Talent Acquisition team. This paid internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding, working closely with our recruiters to build world-class teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to candidate management, while learning the foundations of Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Support candidate management, including scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS data, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Help screen applications and shortlist profiles against role requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to keep the hiring process running smoothly.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as campus events, social media content, and candidate engagement activities.
• Prepare and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide general administrative support to the TA team as needed.

What We Need From You

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or mass communication.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in talent acquisition, HR, and employer branding.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or ATS tools is a plus.
• A collaborative, positive mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or Mandarin Chinese to support our diverse candidate base is nice to have.
