Job Description:

JR Hardware / Building Material is hiring a female Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for both sales generation and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling end-to-end sales processes while ensuring seamless communication and operational support within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Actively generate new leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Promote products to customers through phone calls, emails, and site visits if required.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.

Sales Coordination & Support:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and follow up on delivery and invoicing issues.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain updated customer records and sales databases.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and sales contracts.

Administrative & Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team for product promotions and events.
• Support the development and distribution of promotional materials.
• Provide input and feedback on market trends and customer demands.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and credit control.
• Ensure documentation compliance for both local and export sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or sales coordination, preferably in building materials or hardware industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
