Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of HR sourcing, employment law, and advanced recruiting tools to attract top talent efficiently. The Recruiting Manager will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management and succession planning.
Duties
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies utilizing various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage talent acquisition pipelines through social media management, cold calling, lead generation, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct employer branding activities and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations and maintain accurate records within HRIS system - Paycor.
- Collaborate with leadership on succession planning, training & development programs, and internal recruiting efforts to promote career growth within the organization.
- Utilize research skills to identify industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition while leveraging tools for relationship management.
- Manage contracts related to employment agreements and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in staff recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during all stages of recruitment.
- Experience with training & development initiatives, employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and relationship management.
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends to inform talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, sales techniques related to recruitment efforts, and succession planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $72,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
