Recruiting Manager

Recruiting Account Manager, Orange County, FL ($70-90k)
We’re looking for a Recruiting Account Manager to support a federal hiring program in Orange County, FL. This role will work closely with recruiters and program leadership to ensure critical roles are filled quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the main liaison between recruiters and program leadership
• Manage recruiting pipelines and candidate submissions
• Track hiring progress and provide status updates
• Ensure recruiting activities align with federal contract requirements
• Help drive hiring results for mission-critical roles

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience supporting government or federal contract hiring (required)
• Experience with staffing agency recruiting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting reporting
• Must be located in Orange County, FL
