Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively working with a top DC law firm to find a motivated and organized Recruiting Assistant. The Recruiting Assistant will provide all around support to a busy HR team to ensure that the recruiting process runs smoothly. If you have a year of administrative experience and are interested in providing candidates with a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, this could be an excellent opportunity!

Responsibilities Include:

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS systems
Manage job postings on the website, post new jobs and remove jobs when they're filled
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Greet candidates for onsite interviews
Coordinate with new hires on necessary paperwork
Assist with HR and recruiting events

Qualifications Include:

1+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
Professional services experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Superb client service and professional communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
