Recruitment and Data Acquisition

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Officer to join our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in local and international recruitment, along with hands-on expertise in healthcare professional (HP) licensing processes (DOH/DHA/MOH).

This role plays a critical part in attracting top healthcare talent and ensuring smooth onboarding and licensing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Handle local and international hiring campaigns
  • Coordinate overseas recruitment processes (interviews, documentation, onboarding)
  • Build talent pipelines for Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals
  • Work closely with department heads on workforce planning

Healthcare Licensing (HP)

  • Process DOH/DHA/MOH licenses for healthcare professionals
  • Manage DataFlow verification and exam scheduling
  • Handle new applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
  • Track license status and ensure full compliance
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and PRO

Onboarding & Coordination

  • Coordinate visa processing and relocation (for overseas hires)
  • Ensure complete employee documentation and compliance
  • Support onboarding and orientation process

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Minimum 3–5 years experience in UAE healthcare recruitment
✔ Proven experience in international recruitment (overseas hiring)
✔ Strong knowledge of DOH/DHA/MOH licensing processes
✔ Experience in hiring Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals
✔ Familiar with UAE Labor Law

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
