As part of our expansion, we are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function and support the growth of our sales team.

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the sourcing, screening, and coordination of real estate agents and sales professionals.

This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify candidates who can perform in a structured, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate communication, motivation, and sales potential
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Track recruitment metrics including outreach, interviews, and conversion rates
• Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Assist with onboarding processes including documentation and joining formalities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in sales hiring or agent recruitment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Background

• Real estate recruitment experience in the UAE
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, CRM systems, and recruitment platforms
