Sales Executive – Manpower Supply / Staffing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and secure manpower supply contracts with companies across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching potential clients, negotiating manpower supply agreements, and generating projects where our company can provide skilled and unskilled manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients who require manpower services.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure manpower supply contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, contractors, and project managers.
• Meet decision-makers in companies to present manpower solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal operations and HR teams to ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor market trends and identify industries with manpower demand.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client meetings, and agreements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, manpower supply, recruitment, or staffing services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Good knowledge of the UAE business market and industries.
• Ability to meet clients and build professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
