Job Summary

- The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, performance management, and compliance. This role serves as a strategic partner to management while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, or disputes; foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Performance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor performance appraisal systems; provide guidance on employee evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.

- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.

- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant with UAE labor laws; maintain HR documentation and records.

- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, employee benefits administration, and incentive programs.

- HR Strategy: Partner with management to align HR initiatives with business goals and support organizational growth.

- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports on workforce metrics, turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or distribution industries.

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations.

- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
